Where It All Started

After years of working for both large and small accounting firms, I started Bechtel CPA to create a virtual custom accounting firm to help women entrepreneurs succeed in their business and personal lives. I incorporated the best practices I’ve learned through my years of experience into a newer, better business model. My vision is to create a modern firm that utilizes the latest technology to create a vibrant, collaborative partnership with my clients while adding value, excellence and financial empowerment.

This firm is designed to provide a personable client experience with exceptional services. I have worked closely with clients in various industries, including real estate, attorneys, dental and medical, contractors, manufacturers, shop owners, and many others. I love working with women entrepreneurs and small business owners and very passionate about helping them achieve their business goals, desired lifestyles and financial freedom.

I am an alumnus of Rowan University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA. In 2009, I attained my CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have been happily married for more than 7 years to my charismatic husband Brett, and we have two wonderful energic boys, Mason and Carter. In addition to valuing the time that I’m with my family and friends, I love spending time in my faith, reading with a chocolate in hand, playing with my lazy English Bulldog, Chubbs, and planning a dream beach house.
