Liz Bechtel is the founder of Bechtel CPA, where she works closely with clients to make their numbers feel understandable and useful, not overwhelming. From proactive tax planning to helping business owners make smarter financial decisions, Liz loves taking complicated topics and breaking them down in a way that actually makes sense.

A graduate of Rowan University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Liz is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before starting Bechtel CPA, she worked at both large and small accounting firms, taking something valuable from each experience along the way. Accounting has been a natural fit since high school, when she discovered that numbers came easily to her and, even better, she genuinely enjoyed them.

Outside of work, Liz is a wife, mom of two boys, and dog mom to an English bulldog. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she loves spending time with family and friends, being near the beach, playing games, and learning new things just for the fun of it. At Bechtel CPA, she especially loves leading a team she believes in, educating clients, and creating a firm where communication, trust, and asking questions are always encouraged.
